Representing You

 During my tenure on Town Council I acted with transparency, planned and delivered smart growth, and constructed major infrastructure in Fairview. The Town is in a very sound position fiscally and is poised to continue to focus on delivering outstanding services to all residents. Development of the Commercial Planned Development District (CPDD) continues with the Billingsley Company breaking ground on the largest mix development in the Commercial District. 

Here's what i promoted and ACCOMPLISHED while in council

Transparency

-  Reviewed financial summaries and departmental reports at every regular meeting 


-  No tax rate increases during my 6-tear tenure in council


- Met with residents multiple times to hear their concerns


-  Reviewed and approved update to the Commercial Planned Development District (CPDD) Development Code in 2023 


- Followed growth plan established for Fairview

Major Public Works Projects

- Regional sewage lift station partnership with Allen


- Fairview Crossing connecting US 75 and Highway 5


- Fairview Parkway from Ridgeview to Fairview Crossing


- Far east Stacy Road Improvements
