About Me

My wife Debbie and I have lived in Fairview for 19 years and share our love with our two maltipoos, Sophie and Sam. When we first arrived, Stacy Road was a two-lane roadway and MG Herring Group was about to break ground at The Village of Fairview, now known as the Fairview Town Center. Over the years, we have seen our own Fairview residents open new businesses such as Know Before You Go Drug and Alcohol Testing, Fairview Farmers, and Edward Jones.

We continue to be blessed with great neighbors, and over the years we’ve developed friendships that continue to grow stronger, which makes me want to continue to serve the Town, in the best way that I can.

I am a Civil Engineer licensed in Texas and Florida and I specialize in large developments, utility districts, and special financing of residential developments. I have been engaged in the design, permitting, and construction of land development projects for the past 31 years and for the past 10 years served as Sr. Vice President for a North Texas civil engineering firm. 

I have led design teams on a variety of project types from small retail projects, to large residential projects such as Master Planned Communities, Municipal Utility Districts, and Water Supply Districts. My executive level management experience,  professional experience as a civil engineer, as well as my previous experience serving the Town will position me well as a council member tasked with the review and approval of projects in the CPDD and throughout the Town.
